Almost 2 weeks now internet is just very unreliable lots of ping timeouts and internet refuse to work nothing is loading One restart of router make internet work temporarily dipping down to slow to compltely not working

did complaint both complaits showed Fixed without fixing internet problem
Taked with LCO he said we will change your box/router later no more answerig calls
