I am a very harried BSNL Broadband customer
. For the past 20 days I have to register a docket everyday because either I don't get a link or I get error 678. I have written to the DE Internal thrice and have not got any response from his side. I spoke to a BSNL engineer today and he says that I have to come down to the BSNL office with a written complaint. What I don't understand is when I register a docket it takes BSNL 12 hours to restore network which only then works for a couple of hours before the problem starts again. I would like members of this forum to share their disgruntled opinion of BSNL and make a unified protest against their bad service. I am posting the email address of the DE Internal:
