BSNL Mobile 3G: 3G speeds in 3G phone and HSPDA modem using 274 unlimited plan

please anyone tell what speeds i can achieve in 274 unlimited plan, if i use 3G sim in my 3G mobile and if i use it in HSPDA modem.

I m getting speed of 300-370 KBps(2.4-3 Mbps) speed in patiala using 274 2g unlimited plan

hello friend u did not mention if u r using a 3g sim or 2g sim?because there is no 274 unlimited plan in 3g .will i get 3g speed if i recharge with 274 unlimited plan and use a 2g sim and my mobile is Nokia 6233(3g umts)
