Bsnl Net getting Disconnected after every 5 minutes !!

i just got the bsnl combo un 750 pack (unlimited plan / 512kbps) ... this is my first time with bsnl and i hail from Kolkata tollygunge area. So its been 3 days i got the connection , and the very first day when i started my first download , the net got disconnected .... after that it worked fine ..... then yesterday my net got disconnected 4 to 5 times between evening to night period.And today morning , i started the same download 4 times and every time it failed bcoz of disconnection. but within these 3 days i only managed to download 3 files of total 500mb of data by trying numerous times.i mean this is so fu**ing annoying ... i even complained them , they gave me a four digit no. ... i asked them what is it ?? they told me sumthing abt it which i didnt get it. . . Even Today morning at 11 i called customer care , and they are not picking up my line. Before bsnl , i was using Alliance broadband , which is available only in Kolkata , they are really a Gem of a service ,providing 512kbps unlimited broadband at only Rs.550. but since i shifted my house its not avalable in this area. their customer care service is awesome , always helping via online and sending their men at home if theres a serious problem. So Anybody facing the same disconnection problem of BSNL ... n how to deal with it. thanx

Mention modem/model/make/number.How do you connect ?Dialer mode ? enter id PW is computer window?orPPPoE Your ID/PW stored in modem and system starts automatically.confirm All phones ( extension phones) are connected ONLY after the ADSL splitter.Any noise you hear"Nagin type !!" in telephone when Internet is in use ?

Never mind bro , i have had enough of this crap service of bsnl ... today tried atleast
20 times to download a 310mb file ... but net disconnected ...
not a single person at customer care picks up the line ...
so frustrating !! Will switch to Alliance tommorow only.
Bsnl ppl can put their landline n shove it up their puny axxx. .
sorry 4 the foul word but my head is boiling now.
