Bsnl Night Unlimited Policy--is It Really Unlimited!!!???

well i wanna know if the above title is true...as i am on home 500 night unlimited plan...i downloaded abt 22gbs in first 6 days of getting the connection,all during unlimited hrs..i was downloading around 4 gb each night..but suddenly during the last 2-3 nights i am unable to download more than 1gb in the six hrs....and it is also getting disconnected automatically...so i wanna know if bsnl has something to do abt this or this is a temp problem..thanks

i also suffered the same problem with mtnl.i was using 949ul plan.i downloaded 17 GB in first 15 or so days.the next day i left my computer for downloading that night.when i woke up i saw my speeds at 0.1-0.2kbps and had only downloaded around 110KBs.i called up cc and screwed them up. nothing happened.when the next month started ,it was all OK.this mens that they stop their users from downloading as much as they want.thats why i have taken 749NU.

As for BSNL ... I was a satisfied user for last 2 years b4 shifting to TATA INDICOM. I can tell you that BSNL never stoops that low so as to either cut your connection or slow ur speed.You may be experiencing temporary problems related to either line or exchange.
