As mentioned in the title, you will get a 4% discount if you use the BSNL's selfcare app to recharge your prepaid numbers. The offer is valid only on recharges of value Rs 201 and above. No discount if it's done via a 3rd party app.

Oh! I didn't know that. I made two recharges in the last two weeks! Amazed at how fast it is (compared to Jio 4G). In my place, BSNL 3G beats Jio 4G in data services. On coverage and for a normal phone / call usage, I still recommend 4G due to its superior band 5.
