Hi,Has anybody tried changing the broadband plans from selfcare edc portal in Kolkata ? I tried calling up 1504 for this information and the person had no clue about any such option in the portal ! Just wanted to know, if anybody have tried it in Kolkata, and does this depend on the telephone exchange.I applied for connection from Udaan website, the sales rep. took a cheque of 500/- mentioning it will be adjusted with the first bill - however that has not been adjusted yet. So I am a bit worried if the same happens for the security deposit of the Broadband plan.Please let me know, your experience/suggestions.Thanks.
