Appears very strange that one is not able to check his BB Plan details any where in the portal or through selfcare.edc. Checked the forum; full of do this do that, number of locations suggested, go here go there. Most advise to log in to the portal. Some say with your usual user id, some say with "14 character"user id, some say contact your local bsnl office for a portal user id. No simple and clear instruction, no single menu button. Does BSNL stand to lose if the customer is able to know his plan details? Have they deliberately made it difficult?
