I recently upgraded my 777/799 plan to the 999 plan, in the bill, there are additional 200 Rs. for ADJUSTMENT FO BHARAT_FIBER-BB-Security-Deposit-SAC-998412 R CHANGE in BH
My thought is they've taken 200 as a security deposit to match it the amount with my current plan & is confirmed by BSNL FTTH executive
Did you guys face this though?
