I have UT STARCOM modem. Type:UT300R2U. & BSNL BROAD BAND connection. Recently when ever I start my broad connection I am directed to BBNW Circle,BSNL.. site automatically. From that sight I have downloaded self care software from BSNL. While installing software, at one stage dialogue box indicates that your modem is not found & installation of software remains incomplete. I am not able to install self care software. Can anyone please guide me.
Also for last 2 months bsnl usage details are not available on BSNL Portal . After logging on to this site we are redirected to BSNL Portal new site. Here also fresh registration required. After registering with BSNL Customer Care Portal I did not receive password for last 1 week. If somebody can guide about the procedure, I will be thankful to him
