Bsnl speed slow below 10 kbs

Hi i am from kanchipuram(chennai) my bsnl broadband speed down close to 10 kbs there is some rain it might be the reason?

Is it a recent phenomena ? Wait for a day or two and check. If still there, post your SNR and attenuation values.

its goind like this for few days here snr and attentuation Internet Connection DSL Status Connected Downstream Data Rate 1984000 Upstream Data Rate 480000 SNR (Downstream) 34.5 dB SNR (Upstream) 29 dB Line Attentuation(Downstream) 26.0 dB line Attentuation(Upstream) 13.5 dB

Attenuation looks a bit high. Get your line checked by the line man. Ask him to remove joints and non- insulated parts.

problem solved they said it was due to international under see cable problem
