BSNL syRotech fiber router as printer server? How to do?

Can I use BSNL Syrotech fiber router as printer server and connect my usb printer to it and use for printing from any device connected to wifi?

A smart printer can do the job which works on Ethernet / WiFi ,Normal USB ones won't work unless routers has USB
