BSNL Syrotech PON blinking

I have purchased Syrotech dual band modem and asked local operator to reset MAC id to connect via new dual band modem.
It is connecting for first time.
After turned off and turned on in my home, it is not connecting. PON blinking.
Can anyone help me with this.

Pon blinking means your ONU is not registered.

Share the SN details with the LCO to get it registered.

They did 3,4 times.
It was working for sometime, again in my home, after restart it was blinking.
Again i need to call them and they will take 2 days to do this

I think my MAC is getting Blocklisted after sometime. Is there any reason for this

If it is really getting blacklisted, LCO will be the only person to give you any further details.

What does it show in PON info page of the ONT? Could be random. Mine was auto blocked after a restart today, don't know why but it doesn't happen normally. But it was resolved quickly by the LCO as they have access to OLT.

@sloj The same thing happened to me yesterday. My LCO keeps telling me "You shouldn't have touched the configuration by yourself", yet I did not do anything wrong to it. They also sent an employee at my home and he straight up said the problem is with the router (hardware). I am totally lost right now, these people aren't even sure of what they are talking about. I don't know who to contact next.

The ONT we get is not good enough. Ask them to bridge the ONT and configure PPPoE yourself in a router or let them do it.
