Then its probably the server side. My bad, i played the GTA V Xbox version offline. Enjoyed the game. 80-100ms is good enough. Just get in touch with some other players see if the problem is re-occurring on their system or not.
All I am trying to do is help. See with online gaming bandwidth is rarely the issue. The real issues is with latency(or)ping. Anything 100ms is amazing for games. If its happening with all your games you might be having an FPS issue. Maybe if you post PC spec I can tell.
i really have good cpu i get 50fps on medium. i dont get less fps but the players lag.
only cod bo 2 is a benefit game for me whenever my fup finishes i get less ping and proper play when the fup limit exceed comes when opening any page but i tgoes after restarting my router.
Try talking to the SDE at the broadband section in person who is the only person having the knowledge of the DSLAM operation that will most probably solve your problem
