^ I think this is deliberate. I have been using Wireguard(pings are better compared to UDP/TCP) since NordVPN introduced Nordlynx way back in 2020. It was always throttled to 100mbps.
It's deliberate. Happens on other ISPs too. It's traffic shaping to improve QoS for everyone. Encrypted UDP traffic from unrecognised servers get limited after a while. By unrecognised I mean, RTP servers are often registered with ISP's peering agreements as part of CDNs and they get QoS priority.
Edit: Consumer-level connections aren't really neutral. Traffic is shaped to serve the needs of everyone with limited bandwidth.
