bsnl ULD 1000 a good plan?????

I'm thinking to opt for ULD 1000 plan.does anyone using it????

BBG Combo ULD 1000, 2 Mbps upto 15 GB, 256 Kbps beyond 15 GB. Good only if your usage is somewhere around 15 - 20 GB. Otherwise post FUP speed will be 256 Kbps. Better use UL 750 or ULD 1350.

I am using BBG Combo ULD 1000. My usage is around 12-16 GB. I also enjoy 450 calls free in a month with LL std calls at local call rates. I use about 400 calls in amonth. Good plan for usage like me.
