BSNL video streaming buffering from past few days

All the video streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, Hotstar is having buffering issues since last Friday. On Video streaming test option in Speed test application, the load time is almost doubled to 1200 ms. Is anyone else is facing this issue now? Im from BSNL kochi region.

That is unlikely, sites like YouTube are cached on ISP side most requests won't even leave BSNL's local cache.

Try leaving the modem off for 10 minutes and restart. You might connect to a less congested gateway.

@thakki on cloudflare DNS, I was getting routed to Hong Kong server's of Google and related services. Maybe check your DNS

I tried, resetting the router and reconfigured everything from scratch. I configured in bridge mode. So gateway changed multiple times when I played around with it. For dns I use Google's and 61.1.1.1 usually. I even tried BSNL's own dns servers even once. At once I even noticed that Speed test took Thirupathi server as nearest one for test. So I suspect some routing issue on bsnl side.
