Buffer Issue with ANY Time ON demand Service

Hi All,

I am on 100 Mbps plan , still Anytime TV (On demand service) buffer a lot .. Any idea or advice ??

NO VPN ..
The other laptop giving me 93 Mbps over wifi ..
macmini - 96 Mbps over lan ..
