DNS queries taking extremely long >150ms to 1.1.1.1
Most dns queries times on my pihole are now very high.
Location- South Delhi

who is excitel upstream provider? because jio is also having similar issues of packet loss and high ping for many people from last 2-3 days

i always thought of one thing.

how come excitel has better ping to international website specially singapore compared to airtel and tata itself?

i mean on airtel, singapore is like 75-80.

but excitel is 60-75 (depends)

tata is similar to airtel

seems to be fixed now
pings to 1.1.1.1 are ~25ms
pings to 8.8.8.8 are <5ms

Edit: Global ticket has now changed to "technical issues with our Upstream Internet Provider"

So i was not alone. It started after 4 p.m with me initially i thought its my modem issue. But on direct lan it was same lots of packet loss for fast.com and even my excitel was giving issue . Got resolved automatically later

Yesterday evening issues have started again now. Erratic connection and ping spikes.

Yeah, pings are all over the place for non cached websites on my pihole.
Pings to 1.1.1.1 are around 120-150ms.
