Buffering and packet loss on Excitel Broadband

nope . nothing is fixed. i played a few matches of counter strike and dota 2. had packet loss entire game. so nothing is fixed.
pinging ips in cmd is not appropriate measure of packet loss. maybe use applications that depends on packets, in my case being video games.

if its true and then it could be as i haven't played any sort multiplayer game in a long time, i will u know once i have tried it with battlefield 1.

things are as bad as they were a year ago. at least for me. just played a game of dota and had mini lags where game froze and packet loss went above 50% . this kept on happening every few minutes. couldnt play properly.

I don't play multiplayer games but this is what I got on cs go, loss was 0% throughout, i don't know whether other stats are good or not, would be glad if someone could tell me
