Buffering and packet loss on Excitel Broadband

Problems was there for me, no browse situation so much of packet loss. Restarted ONT and its stable since.

Seems ok now. Couldnt check after 7am, was not at home. Just returned.

Constant packet loss problems since 16th Jun with no action taken by Excitel. Packet loss drops low at night times but is still evident. Horrendous in day times. Reporting from Dilshad Garden East Delhi.
Have considered not to continue with them post recharge expiration. No packet loss in initial connection days (Feb 2020) but poor connectivity since month of May onwards and not resolved till date. No point to stick with an ISP that has horrible resolution times no response and unreliable connectivity even if you're on fiber. a 40 Mbps reliable and supported connection (Airtel) is much better than a 300 Mbps unreliable and unsupported connection (Excitel).
I hope Airtel launches FTTH in Dilshad Garden soon.
My advise don't go with Excitel (ExciteHell). Ram Bharose company Ram Bharose Internet.
Don't believe me check their Social pages which are filled with customer complaints.

Yes. I chose Excitel only for Fiber. I'm facing problems on Excitel Fiber.

Ask to check wiring, maybe patch cable or fiber cable got damage?
Or ask LCO, maybe issue from his side.

Ran Pingplotter and it showed problems at their hub and onwards. Lineman don't have a clue how to fix too.
