Like this, the options show up only if you already have enough balance for the selected recharge.
Hi @varkey Just to test this , I tried buying the same Rs.21 pack as in your screenshot and my talktime balance is Rs.29. Yet I do not see the “use your account balance” option. Any thoughts ?

If I am not wrong you need to keep a minimum of Rs.10 in your account. So that option might come if you have 31 in your balance.

Oh! :confused::(
I remembered reading about it long time back in the app so I told. Sorry about that.

@Sudarshan61 its pretty wierd. Yesterday it should me the account balance that can be used to recharge sing the usual recharge process but today hen I checked , the option is gone again. I tried both ways - usual recharge process as well as clicking on talk time and then doing recharge. It doesn’t work.
In this scenario, it will be a big gamble to top up for 1500 and then not be able to use that money to recharge.
Any ideas friends ?

@yougotmehere It showed me the "use account balance" option several times yesterday. My balance was 39 and I was purchasing a 4G data addon costing Rs.21

I tried just now and I can see the "use account balance" option again.

I will try several times and report what I find, if at all :-)

I recharged with the 1299 plan using Amazon pay upi which gave me ₹50 cash back so I effectively got the 336 days plan for 1249.

it should get activated when my current 1699 plan expires this January.

i will only be getting 24gb data for 336 days but that’s ok since I work from home and don’t use mobile data much.
