Iam about to buy second hand royal enfield thunderbird 2004 model for 45k second hand. driven 40k kms. test drove the bike and its in decent condition. new tires and battery. Is it worth 45k?

Just 45K for a 2004 Thunderbird!. If its in good condition, its worth IMO. In this part of the country the value of RE bikes never depreciate, it always appreciates.
Personally I'd never buy a RE. Unreliable as hell in this coastal weather.
