Yeson 3rd March I got migrated from normal prepaid excel to calcutta 99by paying Rs 231 (and retaining the same mobile no.).local mobile bsnl to bsnl mobile is really Paise 5 only. - YESfrom my mobile to local bsnl landlines only 20 paise. - YESfrom my mobile to local othe networks 50 paise only - YESeasternzone only 50 paise (bsnl to bsnl) - YES (wow)all india (except eastern zone) - Re 1 only - YES========================but the server is 'still' getting upgraded(when the upgradation wl b over - only BSNL knows)some erratic charges sometimes happenedeven for incoming calls (as heard from friends)=============anyway, onderful scheme.
