I have it turned on for all calls. When it works it works very well. But not all calls get recorded. And it is not even dependent upon duration of the call. I have calls recorded that barely lasted for 5 seconds. But some calls are completely ignored. Just had a minute plus call and it was not recorded. Has any Samsung user noticed similar behavior? Found out why it does not work on all calls?
