Call cc and tell them to unsubscribe. That'll be simple.

Dont have the SMS codes for Activating deactivating Caller tunes, but i guess it will be "CAN CT" to be sent to 111 or whatever three digit code u have for the CC in your region....

I think you get the similar list Toll free if you send "HELP" to 111
