I've got 2 calls from this number, in which music plays and nobody speaks. During the first call, I heard the music for almost a minutes hoping for somebody to come online and speak. Second time, I disconnected after 5-6 seconds of music. Has anybody else received calls from this number?I'm an airtel Maharashtra postpaid customer.

Why do those idiots play music and not talk? Anyway, my number is registered in DND. I'll file a complaint against this number, for whatever it is worth.

These calls are dialled through automatic dialer. The automatic system may connect to you but there may not be a free CC executive to talk to you at that time so they put the call on hold till someone free is ready to respond

Huhhhhhh, these idiots want to waste my time because they don't have a foolproof system internally. The call should be placed ONLY when the CC executive is free. If I get a call next, I'll pick up and put on hold till the executive comes on line and drops after not getting response form me.

How customer-provider relationship has progressed in last 2 decades:

1) Pre-1990s - customer is always right
2) 1990-2010s - customer is right till he becomes customer
3) 2010s - customer is always free, keep calling.
