Jio fiber is in full swing in ranaghat yes ranaghat nadia and when jio fiber arrived here jio people came for survey for every home and told to take jiofiber and also you can take jio fiber if available by going to near by jio store

@kanansrin I did the PGportal complaint today. It was forwarded to DGM of RIL and in the evening I got a call from the local guys. They visited my home and noted the optical power and speedtest to nearest Jio server(30ms ping for 140km distance). After that they left. I doubt they will do anything about it as he acknowledged that other ISPs have better ping in the city.
