Can anyone do a ping test for me in cmd for valorant mumbai servers

@WandereR i have done the same thing but no service engineer came ,after complaining a mail came in my registered mail inbox asking for the ping tracert serverlocation and game name and then I provided all the required things to them and then they solved my whole area problem with in 3 hours

I haven't received any mail from Jio. I don't think they will do anything. Btw, does the pgportal confirm with you before marking your complain as solved?

Is this issue is from backend and the service enginner have nothing to do

The IP you've listed is to the AWS global accelerator service, which is their CDN of sorts. They'll just show you your latency to the nearest node, for me its showing ping to Bangalore. You're better off getting the IP's for Mumbai from here EC2 Reachability Test and then try doing a latency/ping test to them.

Do a ping test to the EC2 IP's from the link I posted above, you'll get a more accurate number.
