Can anyone do a ping test for me in cmd for valorant mumbai servers

Clearly the dev or customer service agent who gave you the IP is a bit misinformed.

Update: Getting 50ms in menu and around 60-65ms ingame. Thanks @kanansrin for the suggestions. I know it's not ideal but still it's way better than what I had(90-140ms)
 
ping/traceroute to the above ip won't give you the exact ping/jitter you will find in game. but it will be very close since i don't expect any issues in the aws internal network.
 
Yeah but the ping will still differ. When you ping the given IPs, it's not reaching the actual server which is in Mumbai, instead it pings to Kolkata/Chennai etc wherever they have presence(nearest to you).

See the difference, the former connects to Kolkata and the latter, to Mumbai.
 
I know that but assuming you wan't to complain to your ISP or do any real world changes that may improve your ping. The best you can do is to reduce your issues (ping routing etc. ) till these global accelerators, anything beyond that is out of the reach of ISPs.
 
Yes that's on point. Earlier even the AWS global accelerators had high ping here(assuming it connected to Chennai/Delhi and from there it went on to Mumbai) and now it connects to Kolkata and from there Mumbai directly.
 
I am getting around 70-80 ms ping in valorant mumbai server. How can I complain on pg portal and how should I phrase my complain. Any help will be appreciated.
