I don't what the heck this thing is and what it do but found some results and these might be cheaper to you guys If I am able to get them.

This is a RJ-45 10 GbE SFP+ transceiver, we are talking about a GPON ONU SFP to replace ISP supplied optics, they are not the same thing, thanks tho.
