Can I apply for a Phone+ Broadband Conn. for an Under Construction Property?

Hi..My house is under construction and almost everything is done.Now, I need to apply for a new phone connection and broadband connection from BSNL.How can I apply for that and what all papers I have to give them ??Im getting transferred to my new house on 3rd June, so I need it to be all ready before that. leasehelp:

You can push your existing pone numbers to your new adress.(although not in your question, this may be helpful)

you have to provide residential proof like electricity bill, water tax bill

If you have a rationcard get the address changed to new address. Produce it as proof of residence.
Voter's identity card ( old address can remain ) or I.T pan card number.
A visit to BSNL Exchange CC near new house, will
clarify, whether landline/ broadband connection is possible. usual feasibility report done by BSNL.
Apply now and hope you get connection on June 3rd.

You can apply if you have any proof of residence at your new home. Ration card, house number or any other such details.
