Can i apply for a static ip to bsnl

1.I am new to this forum and
2.this is my first post just wondering
3can i apply for a stataic ip to bsnl
4.if so how much i have to pay and
5.can i host websites with it
6.do i have the permission to do it?
7i am using bsnl750 Unlimited home plan

3 & 4 For Home Plans static IP not given.
5, Even with Dynamic IP
you can Host a web site. ( from your computer)
6.No need for any permission. .
7.Speed not sufficient for hosting your computer as a server.

if you are building a small webserver with very less traffic and ONLY hosting webpages or maximum a few mb files then your current plan will work
