Why not call their cc directly over phone. Waiting for email reply is waste of time...it may come or not..I have nver received their reply over email.

i have received their email from customer care executive and asked for my address and contact no and i gave them just before 5 mins

in my case... calling to their customer care center worked better than mailing them...i am talking abt the issues with blocked websites. email resulted in nothing. calls got a dude to my place who got the problem solved.icici bank on the other hand... calls are useless. mailing through online banking is useless.just mail the customer care email id with your account details and you are expected to get a decent response within a day or two.
