Can i replace my current JioFiber router (jcow407) with jco4032 as my current router is having problems?

My current Jio router (jcow407) is giving me problem since day 1 like

•Fluctuating internet speeds
•Unable to make calls through jio call as registration status on admin page gets sometimes or (don’t know how it get)
•Issues with DMS server as it’s also displaying the current status is on admin page

Need suggestions

No, you will not get a router choice. You can call customer care with the problem. They will come and solve it or if required, replace the router.
