So what I basically want to do is to reset the router because the engineers, during installation, had changed my JioCentrum Gateway username or password without informing me about the new credentials. Now I want to connect my hard drive to the router and use it as wireless storage, and to enable that I need to access the gateway of the router. I just wanted to know whether after the resetting (so as to reset the credentials) will it automatically connect to my Jio account, or not or do I have to contact Jio support to restore the connection?
