Can i use citrix in Jiofiber?

My wfh needs citrix reciever(netscalar gateway) for accessing remote desktop. I keep on seeing posts that Jio has blocked proxy and many other VPN websites. Tbh I don't understand the technical terms of it . Would be helpful if someone help me with this query. Thanks

I use the Citrix software for my work on JIO Fiber. No problems yet.
