Can I use two routers or a switch with JioFiber router

I am living with my parents and I am shifting to another floor and I want to use the same WiFi but the router is on the ground floor and I was thinking of using a switch like the one from TP-Link so that I can use Ethernet with my laptop or can I use another router.
