this is pain in A@@ it happens to me many many times,im using tata service for one and half yr all is good but some times i cant login via webdialer the ping works great then also i cant login after and hour then i can :S .what can be the problem ?
ya their servers have been having a problem the last 3-4 days. i called and complained and the engineer called and explained it to me. you need to call tata and register a complaint.
