Can some one please tell me what is wrong?

Few days back i switched my plan to 1800, and after few days ping became pathetic idk what is happening.
Here are my SNR and Line attenuation values
SNR(Downstream) 24.10db
SNR(Upstream) 18.0db
Line Attentuation(Downstream) 14.0 dB Line Attentuation(Upstream) 7.5 dB

line seems to be in good condition... with BSNL things can get worse. My attenuation is 47 dB :russianroulette:

Ping is out of our control. Unless BSNL does something at end, you have to live with it.
