Can we control the speed for the guest wireless network

Hello Friends, Is there any option the settings of Jio fiber dual band white modem to set a limit on speed for guest network?

I am also not able to figure out how to control speed for all devices connected to the guest network.
You can limit the speed for individual devices (using MAC ID or IP Address) through the bandwidth profiles section. But this becomes very tedious.... adding the MAC or IP of every device....
