Please check the rx and tx power. I am not getting speed in my airtel xstream

anywhere between -15 to -24 should be ok yours is beyond the threshold (-27) the guy probably botched up the splicing or it got damaged later

I have contacted my LCO and he said he fixed the problem. Can you please check now.
