Cancelling EVDO Connection

i took my EvDo connection last week.
now found that BSNL doesnot presently provide goood upload speeds on its EvDo network.

I also use my connection for occasional voice and video chat, which is not possible with these upload speeds.(i'm happy with the download speeds, it it touching upto 700 kbps)
So, i am looking to apply for ADSL BSNLbroadband.Until i get my wired broadband connection, i willl use this connection.
If I disconnect after a month, how much refund will i get?
I paid Rs1000 as deposit for the USB modem i got from BSNL.

This is the worst thing I have ever encountered. Gives me download speed of stupid BPS like 3-5 kpbs sometimes it gives me 50 kbps. this is the worst thing i have had. tell me a good connection which i can use. for video audio chat and all that this is stupid have taken Evdo . I am from Trivandrum Kerala. they have no Idea how this thing works.. if any problems you cannot call their customer:madness: service after 4pm because its closed
