Cancelling my one year Jio Airfiber plan in just three months

I had paid ₹1000 as booking fees. Seeing the bad reviews didn't get it installed. Now, after fighting for a month, they have finally issued me the refund

Most third class service, all the problems mentioned above are happening with me also. I will never ever go for Jio next time.

@dhirubhai you will not get any refund so it would be better to cancel renewal from the app and keep using it at the validity.

In the 'Jio' mobile app, I don't see any option to cancel the renewal part either.

you can reach on radha.nair[at]ril dot com, jiofibercare@jio.com, prioritycare@jio.com mentioning the account number, mobile number and reason of cancellation.
