cannot able to save the changed settings in airtel gpon router

I have changed wan settings for Internet_IPoE , but it is not saving, like i have changed NAT from symmetric to full cone, as i have port forwarded but port still not open, but it is getting changed to symmetric and there is not save option, only cancel option... any clue or help will be much appreciated.

Use inspect element to enable save button, and check if it actually saves. If not, you're toast.
