Cannot open Config Page of Huawei MT882 Modem.

Dear All, I cannot open the configeration page of the Huawei MT882 modem supplied by BSNL. I have tried the following IP address in my IE Browserbut its not opening. 192.168.1.0192.168.1.1192.168.1.2 Kindly let me know what to do to open the config page.Thank you.Deba.

reset the modem and try again.reset button is in the backside.press it with a ball-point pen with powered on state and hold for few seconds till all the lights go off.

1.Are you connecting to internet and surfing normally ?
2. What is the tthe reason you want to access the modem settings?
3. Did you use admin and admin?
Was the access ID and or password changed by you ?
4Start run type cmd type Ipconfig/all post data here.
5.The default gateway is your modem address.
6. if you reset factory default settings restored.

First of all the modem page can be only viewed if your LAN's IP settings are properly configured so first check whether you have these details in your TCP/IP v4 Settings
