In Firefox or In IE7, I cant access 192.168.1.1 for the last month or so.
"The server at 192.168.1.1 is taking too long to respond."
i dont even get the prompt where i have to input userid/pwd
Originally thought ,must be the Antivirus on my WinXP SP3........But uninstalled it, failed to connect to router config page and installed another one later, but still no access.
Restored Firewall settings to default, still cant access.
cant do cmd->ping 192.168.1.1
I get request timed out. But I can "ping www .yahoo .com -t"
I am connected to the internet via the router right now and there is no problem with the Bridged connection.
Even tried the reset button behind the router a few times.
Any suggestions?

if it won't make it... make sure that the internet protocol TCP/IP properties of your PC is set to obtain an IP adress and DNS servers automatically...
