Can't access some sites

Not able to access sites alaplaya.net ,leagueoflegends.com etc, etc and not being able to play any mmo on the first day of my summer holiday. So, i tried using proxy and I did not have any problem.But I'm still can't visit them directly and cannot play online with proxy cuz it lags like hell in games.What to do now? has mtnl block those sites or something?.P.S. i used open dns no success

try using google DNS...8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4

I think alaplaya.net & leagueoflegends.com block some IP range. It's server problem of firewall configuration of both site.
