Can't connect BSNL through DNA-A211-I

PLS help i Can't connect BSNL through DNA-A211-I. when i dial it shows "opening wan mini port (ppoe......." but after that a window comes saying try again, try different connection and diagnose. i am using vista home premium. connection type: home ul750i reset my modem but nothing happend.

Resetting the modem/router .
restored factory defaults.

The little I know about Dataone Broadband Services offered by BSNL
Link with screen shots.

Try LAN/ethernet part first and check Internet connected.
Then WIFI mode.
If you need DIALUP mode In WAn page select "Bridged"

Still problem :

everything is ok. but the problem is same.

i have DNA-A211-I and i can tell you that something is wrong with it. the problem appears only when used in "bridged" mode. the dialer connects rarely. im using "ppoe over ethernet". it's working wonderfully.
