I can't connect to battle.net since yesterday and when I did a traceroute, it seems like it won't reach battle.net for some reason.

Code:

I tried changing my DNS and there's no use. It does work if I use a VPN but my latency increases and I don't wanna pay for a VPN just to play haha. I'm in Kerala, my router is Genexis EARTH-4222 and my MTU is at 1400. I also do need to mention that my upload speed gets low sometimes and some sites take some time to load too but speedtest shows as if I have good download and upload speeds.

Default MTU should be 1460. Try opening account.battle.net

Not opening here either. Definitely some issue on ISP end. Put in a complaint via selfcare site.

Hi any update on this issue? I'm facing the same problem. Also while using VPN I'm able to login to battlenet and open the game but while tying to join a game I get the error "Unable to connect to data centre. Please check your internet connection". How to resolve this issue?

@kk_creed They called me and I explained the issue to them and showed the traceroute, after that I got a message saying it got resolved in selfcare but it wasn't resolved and I called them back and they said they are still working on it. Currently I'm using mullvad VPN connecting through Singapore to play the game.

@deathknight67 I'm also using Mullvad VPN and connecting through Singapore but facing that error "Could not find any data centers. Please check your internet connection" while starting a game in Warzone DMZ. What am I doing wrong?
