Welcome to broadbandforum.co
In computer with Vista OS Sp1 : Access network /LAN/ Properties
1.In top of page Your ethernet card will be listed . check configuration or enable it.
2.uncheck/ Uninstall IPV6 .
3.Feedback.
4.Start/ RUN type CMD type ipconfig/all post data ( ( FOR XPPro SP2. Vista could be different )

In order to access all the parameters that can be used with Ipconfig in Windows Vista use the following command "ipconfig /?".
